A drive around Lake Ainslie to MacDonald House Museum will provide you with spectacular views of Bald Eagles, Osprey, beautiful blue water and rolling hills. On calm evenings you will hear the call of the loon. Trout fishing, canoeing, walking and hiking, cabins, camping and bed & breakfasts are available.

The museum features a Gothic Revival-style home, barn, school and display shed containing furniture, wagons and artifacts of Lake Ainslie, depicting the life style of our ancestors. The Bunny Trail holds surprises for children. Gilander's Mountain Trail meanders through the trees. View Map
